We endeavour to ship all items within 2 working hours of the order being placed, subject to stock being available of course. If we are unable to send your purchases within 2 working days then we will contact you to let you know.

For orders with a value of over £75 delivery is free of charge (UK mainland only), under £75 a varying charge is applied. It is not our intention to profit from the postage charges, therefore we have introduced tiered charging - Very Light (99p), Light (£1.99), medium (£2.99) and heavy (£4.49) items.

You are only charged the postage rate for your heaviest item regardless of the number of items that you purchase

As examples, if you purchase 10 'light' items then you will be charged a fee of £1.99, if you purchase 3 'light' items and 2 'medium' ones then you will be charged a fee of £2.99.

We also offer options for 'signed for', and for next day delivery and a gift wrap service. As an alternative you can collect from our offices at BN8 6PH (appointment required)

Due to demand we have now started shipping to both Europe and the Rest of the World. However, due to the rather variable shipping costs involved we are not able to guarantee any standard international shipping prices before we know what you want.

The site is setup with some sample prices but these are just a guide and typically are actually higher than you will end up paying. So, if you'd like us to ship internationally then please get in touch before ordering so we can give you an idea of costs for your requirements. Alternatively complete your order on the understanding that we will either refund or request additional monies based on the final costs involved.
